- Store as little personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our purposes.

- Take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties who process personal data on our behalf.
- Respect your rights, such as the right of access, rectification or erasure of your personal data processed by us.
For what purposes do we use your personal data?

Below, for each purpose it is indicated what information we obtain from you, and for what purpose we process this information. Contact
You can contact us by sending us an e-mail, messaging/calling us on WhatsApp, or by filling out one of the contact forms on our website.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:
- Name

We use this information in order to be able to handle your request to contact you properly and to perform the contract with you to this end. If you contact us, your personal data will be retained until we are sure that we fully answered and correctly handled your request.
Making a booking in our booking system and providing our services
We provide various services, some of which can be booked directly in our booking system, while other services are booked by making an inquiry on our website, after which we process this booking manually.
For booking services, we process the following personal data:

- Payment details
- Invoice details (if applicable)
We need this information to ensure that the services booked with us are provided seamlessly to the customer. We store this information until the service has been completed and a maximum of one additional month after completion for customer review purposes. If any issues arise with the services provided or with the payment, we may store this information for as long as we feel it necessary to solve the issue(s) in question. Certain information will be retained for a longer period if we are obliged to do so (for example because of the legal tax retention period of seven years).
Providing data to third parties
Let’s Book only shares your data with third parties when this is allowed by current legislation. It may happen that we provide your personal information to third parties, because:
- we have engaged them to process certain data;
- it is necessary to carry out the agreement with you;
- you have given consent for this;
- we have a legitimate interest in this;
- we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police demand this in case of a suspicion of a crime).

We will usually respond to your request within one month. This term can be extended if the request is proven to be complex or tied to a specific right. You will be notified about a possible extension of this term within one month.
